I mean, sure, I've seen him play the villain, but I actually first saw him in The Wave, where he's charismatic and nice, and raises the spectre of fascism quite unintentionally - and then puts it down very effectively. He also plays the nice, decent dad in that Bigfoot show, and in Apt Pupil (another fascist themed outing for him - with Ian McKellen playing the scariest Nazi I've ever seen, while isolated, unarmed, and being blackmailed no less; but I digress).<br /><br />But professionally, I'm guessing Davison is very satisfied that he is able to elicit that reaction in people so effectively.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
