Random Trek movie thought...

How much better would Star Trek Nemesis have been if:

1. The nemesis in question were Sela, and she were the leader or perhaps a high official in an aggressive militaristic faction of Romulan society similar to Germany's Nazi party.

2. The sacrifice at the end had been Ambassador Spock's, perhaps to prevent some sort of holocaust, an ultimate "needs of the many" sort of moment.

3. The plot of such a movie resolved the Romulan-Vulcan unification plot left over from TNG.
